A Little About Me
My mission is to give women over 40 the tools and confidence to conquer the world! I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband and our two English black labs, Cav and Duke. I’m a 13x Ironman triathlon finisher, including the World Championships in Kona, and I recently competed in the 70.3 World Championships in Taupo, New Zealand. I work as a labor law attorney for the federal government. I started this brand in 2022 because I love helping people be the best they can be, and to encourage more women to put themselves first in life.
