
Chocolate lovers REJOICE! Are you sick of eating eggs every morning? Or, are you like me and cannot stand the sight and smell of eggs? If so, these oats are the perfect way to start your day. They’ve got 35g of protein, and half of your daily fiber requirement for a day. Make them before you go to bed, and they’ll be ready for you in the morning. โ๏ธ
Ingredients
- oats (dry)- 1/2 cup
- chia seeds- 1 tbsp
- cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
- chocolate protein powder- 25g
- unsweetened almond milk- 1/2 cup
- coffee- brewed and chilled- 1/4 cup
- cacao nibs- 1 tbsp (Sprouts and Vitamin Cottage carry these. If you don’t have them on hand, but have regular chocolate chips in the house, use them- 1 tbsp isn’t gonna kill you ๐)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Put in a mason jar, seal and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
